Single product purchases: refunds are considered within 3 days of purchase, and only if the item genuinely does not work as described. You'll need to provide a screenshot of the issue and, where relevant, temporary admin access so our team can attempt a fix first. If we get it working, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.

Subscriptions: you can cancel anytime from your account; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period.

Credit packages: credits are non-refundable once purchased, as they can be spent immediately.
